Dead Simple Budget Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dead Simple Budget, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscription Terms (Monthly)

Dead Simple Budget offers an monthly subscription service, auto renewing every month until cancelling. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee of $0.99 (USD)
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month at $0.99 unless cancelled
• Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (either trial or paid) to avoid charges
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the monthly rate of $0.99. No charges will be made during the free trial period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Dead Simple Budget, you agree to:

• Use the application only for its intended purpose
• Not share your subscription with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Use the information provided responsibly and in accordance with industry standards

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Dead Simple Budget are owned by CHBI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dead Simple Budget is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

CHBI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
